An updated Notice board has now been put on the Church showing the updated times of Masses, the website and parish telephone number. A new notice board has been put up so that we may display the newsletter and put other notices of interest in, such as BINGO! The final notice is outside the presbytery for parishioners who get lost looking for the priest! My thanks to Apple Signs of Wolverhampton for their work which was excellent.

It was 'All Go' on Thursday 5th December as preparations were underway for the beginning of the building of the disabled access to the Church. After nearly 20 years discussing this, it is finally becoming a reality. Entrance will now be through the sacristry into Church. There is no access through the North Door, and it's blocked off. Anyone who does try to go through the building site, do so at their own risk and the Church accepts no responcibility if anyone does so and is injured. Please also note that the paving slabs through to the sacristry become very slippy when wet. Non slip mats have been put down to help, but please be very careful. Thank you.
Work is well under way now. My thanks to Kevin Wellings for taking the photos. We'll upload photos to show the development of the Ramp. My thanks also to Glyn Cadman and his helpers for all their hard work in making the Ramp a reality.
The wall behind the statue of Our Lady of Walsingham has just been painted in blue, symbolising our Blessed Mother. The colour blue is the same blue used in the Lady Chapel. It's not quite finished yet as stars are to be painted like in the chapel. An inscription is also to be placed around the top of the statue, "Our Lady of Walsingham, Pray for us". We had hoped to tile this part with Pugin like tiles, but it would have been too expensive.
