Restoration work on the Church, Hall, and Presbytery is continuing, thanks to donations to the Restoration fund. Funding for The latest work done on the presbytery to replace the Front, back and garage doors, has not been funded by the Restoration fund, but by parish funds.
The Presbytery doors were in a serious condition and needed to be replaced. The back door and garage doors were riddled with woodworm and literally crumbled to dust. The front door was very difficult to lock and unlock, and recently it was damaged when the photocopier was returned to the supplier. They offered to repair the damage, but the door needed to be replaced anyway.
